86052 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wat.1/MA. 24th April, 1935. Messrs.E.K.Cole, Ltd., Ekco Works, Southend-on-Sea. For the attention of Mr.R.Cowley. Dear Sir, We thank you for your letter of the 23rd instant. The reason we asked you for your opinion regarding the suppression condenser quoted in our letter of the 8th was that we are anxious to standardize a condenser for use on our cars by all radio set suppliers such as Philco, Philips and yourselves. We have had agreement in writing from these people and we are pleased to note that you agree also. For the purposes of universal standardisation therefore, we are afraid it will rule out the use of your filters as we shall supply the small brackets for mounting the standard suppression condensers specially designed to fit to our components. | ||
