Dear Sirs,
YOUR REFERENCE "Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}4/JH".
Further to our letter of the 9th inst., the writer has again [handwritten] occasion to be in your district early next week, and if agreeable to you would like to take the opportunity of discussing with you the tests of our DRAUGHTLESS Ventilator which you have kindly conducted, as suggested in our previous letter.
Also we have now made certain adjustments in the "M.M." Daylight Head Lamp which we showed you some time ago, and which we should like you to see.
Under the above circumstances, we should greatly appreciate it if you would kindly indicate whether any particular day would be convenient to you in the early part of next week, so that other arrangements can be made to fit in with the time that is most convenient to you.
Thanking you for the favour of an early reply,
We are, dear Sirs,
Yours faithfully,
FOR MEAD McLEAN & CO. LTD
