Engine firing order 1-5-3-6-2-4

Max. B.H.P. 79 at 3200 R.P.M. - C.R. 6 to 1.

Capacity of Oil Sump = 1 1/4 galls.

Main Bearings :-

Front. (1) 2.1/16 dia. x 14.9/64 long - 2 setscrews - 9/16 dia.

Centre
Thrust (2) 2.1/8 dia. x 1.7/8 long - 4 setscrews
Bearing. - 7/16 dia.

Rear. (3) 2.3/16 dia. x 2.11/64 long - 4 setscrews - 7/16 dia.

Crankshaft oil slinger clearance .002 to .032.

Big End. 2 1/8 dia. x 1 1/2 long.

Big End Clearance. .004 to .011

Piston I.C. - Electro plated Solid Skirt.
Length - 3.11/16 - 1.7/8" from centre line of gudgeon pin to top of piston.

Piston rings - 2 compression and 1 scraper above pin.

Gudgeon Pin - push fit in piston 1" diameter, fixed into connecting rod by clamp and setscrew.

Valves - head diameter Inlet 1.45/64
