Dear Sirs, Further to our letter of the 15th September JED/EH. 107908 A, we have now received your letter of the 17th September, Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}4/G, and are pleased to say that our costs are now complete for the bearings involved, and have much pleasure in submitting the following quotation :- Estimate No. T. 23603. 200 Special roller bearings to your Print GB.4085, made from 5% Nickel case hardening steel @ .................... 22/9d. each nett. Alt. 200 - Ditto, but made from our standard material @ .................... 20/3d. each nett. This quotation is subject to acceptance being received within one calendar month. TERMS:- Carriage paid only if sent by goods train. Small packages are despatched by post or passenger train (at consignees expense) unless instructed otherwise. Packing cases (where required) are charged extra, but are credited in full when returned carriage paid in good condition. A Cash discount of 2 1/2% is allowed for payment during the month following despatch of the goods. DELIVERY. 25 in 12 weeks. then weekly. When material not listed in our catalogue has to be made specially, it is necessary to ask our customers to accept up to 10% more or less than the exact quantity ordered.
