We note, meantime, that one of your sample Clocks has functioned satisfactorily for eighteen months, and would respectfully point out that we have had isolated cases of a similar nature but when these Clocks are tested in bulk our experience has always been unsatisfactory in that the percentage of failures has been too great to enable us to consider the marketing of this electrical instrument.
