Gentlemen:- We confirm our cable of Feb. 24th as per enclosed copy and regret that up to the present time we have not had your reply. The necessity for sending this cable is due to our having received a firm order from a very large automobile accessories importer in England, who are placing the order with the expectations of our granting them the exclusive sale for "Fan Flame" spark plugs in England, and we have previously written them that we were unable to give them positive assurance that we would appoint them exclusive agents as we had received a trial order from you, and naturally it was our desire to be absolutely fair and await your decision as to whether or not you care for the agency, before we could give a decision to the other inquirers. We are in hopes that inasmuch as you have not replied to our cable, that you have written us on the subject, and if upon the receipt this letter, if you find that you are not particularly interested in the exclusive agency for England, will you kindly cable us your decision so that we will know just what to tell the other firm who is interested in the agency. Very faithfully yours, TROJAN COMMERCIAL CORPORATION [Signature of M.H. Beaumont] President.
