X1960 To SFL/Mr. Brock. EFC3/T2.12.26. 20 HP. MONTHLY PRODUCTION DYNAMO NO.P.9.K. Herewith we return to you this machine. We find nothing whatever wrong with same. It may be, however, somewhat noisy. The reason we say "it may be" is that we have recently had fitted to our testing bench one of the aluminium bed plates, and at the moment we cannot say definitely for want of sufficient comparison. It was, however, a fact that on this aluminium bed plate the noise of this machine was fairly considerable, but then that may be the case with a fair number of machines which would be considered reasonably silent in the ordinary way. It would be of interest to us to know if you consider this machine to be a noisy one. EFC. | ||
