New damper springs for the Phantom II clutch.

Sch. 3055 shewing two damper springs of increased strength for the above clutch, which R.{Sir Henry Royce} wishes to try. The lighter of the two is 20% of the standard main spring strength, and the heavier is 20% of the experimental stronger springs (2000 lbs.) shewn on N. Sch. 3034. This, we presume, is the one required for the 10,000 mile car. We have deleted the plunger in both cases, as was agreed to this on the modified clutch of N. Sch. 2967.
