Messrs. Rolls Royce Limited,

For the attention of W.R.Robotham, Esq.

29th January, 1935.
(Dict.28th).

Dear Sirs,

Confirming our telephone conversation of this afternoon, the 7.50-18 Fort "90" tyres requisitioned against your order No.71521 dated 5th October, a re being despatched today.

The dimensions of this size are as follows -

Inflated diam. 33.10"
Width 7.40"
Effec. radius. 15.30"

Average weights -

Cover - 42 lbs. 5 ozs.
Tube - 4 " 14 "

We regret the time which has elapsed in producing this equipment, but trust it will be understood that entirely new plant has been involved in manufacture and that we were dependent on outside suppliers for our castings.

We believe the tests which you are at present running are not yet sufficiently far advanced for tyre performance to become of major interest, but we should like to assure you of our very real desire to co-operate with you in this matter when the time is opportune.

Yours faithfully,
FOR THE DUNLOP RUBBER CO.LIMITED.
