Dear Sirs,

Please quote your lowest price, delivered our Works DERBY, for a milliammeter 0 to 15 millamperes of not too high grade quality, what we want is to have an instrument such that if we make our own shunts and multipliers for this, we shall be able to measure currents and voltages with a moderate degree of accuracy only. The rest of the tackle will be made by us.

Thanking you in anticipation.
We remain,

Yours faithfully,
