Confirming a decision not to spend money improving a secondhand car that is over two years old.

I have looked up the records of this car and I think we should bear in mind that it is a car that he bought secondhand and is over two years old. I understand that you are of the opinion that from the point of view of the fault he complains of this car is well up to the standard of the period.
