You will no doubt recall that shortly after the accident to 19-EX in February, 1933, I sent a memo. to you at Chateauroux, for circulation to the testers out there, pointing out that the Company's instructions regarding the driving of cars in France did not necessitate excessive speeds being indulged in.

We are unable to trace our copy of this note, and shall therefore be glad if you will send us a copy by return of post.
