Gentlemen,

My Phantom 11 Car, 80-WJ. was returned to you in order to have an oil leak remedied from the near side rear hub - your works order No.42620.

The Car has has now been returned to me with the leak as it originally was in the first instance.

Will you please therefore, notify your works at Derby to carry out the necessary repair when this car is returned to them shortly, as it is going to be.
