CONTINUATION SHEET No 2

E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} W. Hives Esq.,

27th August, 1924.

We should also like to hear if you have experienced any failures during the trials, and if so, the nature of same.

We would take this opportunity of stating that our Governing Director, Mr. Lionel Rapson, has informed the Board of Directors (which includes Admiral Sir Lionel Halsey, Comptroller to H.R.H. The Prince of Wales) that, as a Rolls Royce owner, he attributes to a very great degree, the excellent mileage at the speeds stated to the wonderful suspension and road holding properties of your Rolls Royce Car, and in those cases where we refer to your trials, we shall have pleasure in emphasizing this.

Yours faithfully,

A.{Mr Adams} Weston.
Asst. Managing Director.
