BJ. complains that when he arrived at the Works last Tuesday, he received Works' letters in 10 separate envelopes, and only one was private.

He therefore instructs that no envelope need be used between Works' departments, or between Works and Sales, unless the subject is private.

Will you please notify all your staff of this ruling, and see that it is strictly adhered to, thus saving the use of so many envelopes.
