June 1939. BY.9/N. Messrs. Park Ward & Co.Ltd., 473, High Road, Willesden, London N.W.10. Dear Sirs, Re: Silver Dawn 80 - 33.G.V11. 4 Door Saloon with Division. Thank you for your letter of the 22nd.inst. we shall fit as stated in the specification, an R.R. heater on the dashboard with ducts for defrosting. We have asked Messrs. Lucas to supply us with suitable wipers having defroster ducts incorporated. We will have a second heater in the back compartment, and every effort should be made to make the cabinet protrude as little as possible in the rear floor space. We suggest that here you can use a standard Clayton heater. With respect to the super-imposed moulding, we now learn that it is desired to have only a fine white line on this car. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. CHIEF ENGINEER - CHASSIS. | ||
