FLOWMETERS.

Your memo dated 1st July, Ref. EFC5/T. relating to the above matter enumerating the tests conducted on the flowmeter forwarded to you by the R.A.E. is acknowledged with thanks.

The flowmeter with which the Report N.60.B. deals is a development of this apparatus, but in referring the matter to you it is understood that you have already developed a type of flowmeter yourselves.
