x307 Dte. C. of S. Mr.H.S. but. R.H.C. Lg/Fm. E/HDY.{William Hardy}2/HP.9.3.36 Rear Brake Bell Crank Levers. Phantom III. We send herewith N.Sch.4778 which shows protection against water entering the oilite bushes for these levers. The bushes are shortened compared with the present instructions but are otherwise the same standard oilite dimensions. Leather rings are shown but whether leather is used instead of felt we leave to be determined by experiment. Our reason for suggesting leather is that we have used leather on the universal joints now for some time apparently with satisfaction. E/HDY.{William Hardy} N.Sch.4778 herewith. | ||
