(19) Magnesium lower half.
(20) Suction control ignition.
Clutch. Cheaper improved design - with starter gear ring integral with flywheel. Magnesium clutch pit.
Gear Box. 3 forward speeds with silent type overdrive.
A simplified type of synchromesh mechanism.
Magnesium gear box.
Gearbox rear extension will be required to enable propeller shaft to be used which is short enough to obviate whirling.
Rear Axle. To be generally considered as to type - i.e. 3/4 or fully floating, but in any case with more rigid driving s hafts.
Brakes. Aluminium drums, full Girling and no separate hand brake.
Hubs and Wheels. Bentley type of hubs and wheels.
Frame etc. Bought out welded frame - Wraith thickness - with unflanged channel section boxed sidemembers, as Bentley III. Modified position of cross to suit unit construction gearbox.
Front end of sidemembers without joggle, i.e. as Wraith.
Lower body floor.
Rear dampers and roll bar in one assembly - doing away with rebound straps.
Front Suspension. Simplified and lightened as Wraith - suspension unit assembled separately and fitted to frame.
Steering. Wraith employing simpler cross steering levers, simpler centre lever mounting and simpler steering box and mounting. Column adjustable for length.
Petrol Tank. Strap type mounting as Wraith - should be less expensive.
Body. Waist line to be dropped 1" to improve visibility.
Spare Wheel Carrier. Less expensive type carrier.
