Dear Sirs,

Referring to our conversation on the telephone at the end of last week I should be glad if you would kindly send me a letter confirming the statements you then made to me.

1. You said you would guarantee the length over all at not more than 17 ft. 7 ins.

2. You guaranteed that the raising of the hood would be easier than that of my present car, namely the Packard.

3. You guaranteed that the glass of the windows of the back doors would not be more than 4 inches above the woodwork. (Centre)

4. You said that you would not want more than twelve weeks from the date of order to complete the body.

Please write me a letter to this effect, as I cannot proceed without this.
