344/374 36 D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} 6th October 1938 Dear Alan, I have had the pleasure of seeing Withers and he produced the three patterns enclosed. They are all the same quality ( which is presumably the best). He thinks that the one where I have put a pin is most like yours and is the best of the three. Would you please put them into the enclosed envelope, and a little note saying that you approve or disapprove. I have not yet got the comparative weights of the enclosed, and leather as originally contracted for. I should like to mention the fact that I am very much obliged to you for going to see Withers yesterday afternoon. It is extremely kind of you to take so much trouble for Yours humbly, Kennedy Alan S. Chambers ESQ., Liverpool. Encl. | ||
