The steering was in excellent condition.
The rear road springs were completely rusted up but
did not seem to be any the worse for this. Do you
find those wearing pads actually give you a softer
ride than fully lubricated springs without them ?

I should be much obliged if you would give
me the information on the gearbox when you have a moment
to spare.

I hope you and your family are prospering.
As a Company we are gorged with prosperity and until the
sales fall off our progress will of necessity be severely
handicapped. The bright feature is that the reduction of
the horse-power tax is bringing some American cars over
here, which is causing some of our people to think a
little.
