In view of the results shown on SP{Mr Spinney}-34, we are proposing to send 6-B-IV to France with small carburetters. While it is on the test bed, will you therefore please get a figure for this engine with small and large carburetters, so that we shall know exactly what we are losing.

The point is that with a deturbulated head and small carburetters we expect they will give more top horse power than cars at present being sold to the public, and should like you to confirm that this is so.
