COACHWORK SPECIFICATION.

Four Door, Six Light Saloon, Silver Dawn. 32.G.V11.

Chassis. Same chassis as B.50 with Rolls-Royce Radiator. Wheelbase 10' 10". Wheels 16" rims and 7.0" tyres, pressed steel. One spare wheel on offside. Untarnishable finish. For all particulars see drawings called for by Mr. Draper.

Body. Four Door, Six Light Saloon with division, PD.448. This body is the same as the B.50 mock-up, except that the Rolls-Royce radiator has called for a modification to the height and treatment of the waist moulding.

Shell Construction. Body shell to be constructed of wood and panelled in aluminium. Same pillar and rail sections to be used throughout as on 26.G.V1. Rear wheelarches to be of sheet steel. Rear seat squab board to be plated to arches and crossmember to take the load of the transverse stays to the body. All ironing to be carried out by sheet steel flitch plates. All contact faces of body joints to have greased paper inserts.

Panelling. Alum 16.S.W.G. except in such places where it is considered possible to use 18.SWG - Quirks at base and top of screen pillar.

Front Wings. Aluminium, same as 31.G.V11.

Rear Wings. Aluminium, same as 30.G.V11.

Stone Shields. Latest approved pattern.

Doors. To be as thin as 26.G.V11. Everall locks with private lock to nearside doors. Front door hinged on centre pillar and rear door on rear pillar by outside hinges and with stainless steel pins. Rubber top and bottom stops with latest approved check straps. Interior plate carrying window lift to be of sheet alum. Latest B.5.
