R.R. 235a (100 T) (S.H. 798. 10-12-20) G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 2948 To HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} X3525 ORIGINAL DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}3/M14.9.22. Mr. Royce the other day said that he thought the Delage ought to go back to be sold as soon as possible. Presumably you will be bringing down a car before long and then you might take the Delage back again. I say this because I think it ought to go back to Derby to receive a little attention before it is sold. There is for instance a strap on the starter motor which as far as I know has been broken all the time, and one or two other small points need attention. Perhaps you would let me know if you are likely to bring a car down at all soon, because if there is going to be much delay I expect I ought to take some other steps.
