361. Mr.Lwellyn Smith (Exp.Dept) LA{L. A. Archer}8/T23.12.36 3-AZ-126 - Lt.Col.G.W.Parkinson. I attach hereto a copy of a note received this morning from Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} You will see from this that this customer is rather annoyed about this feature. We are getting on with the tests of the more flexible coupling but it would appear that even if this is successful, you would not be in a position to recommend the fitting of this until it has been run and extensive mileage. In the meantime, is there anything you could recommend quickly which could be fitted to this car to overcome this customer's complaint? LA{L. A. Archer} | ||
