Lorries.

Both E.R.F. and Foden of Sandbach, Cheshire are proprietary engines.

Post-War uses.

Worth thought these very limited. As regards boats the insurance is far less for a two engined boat. The number of pleasure boats using 300 H.P. is very small. Most owners prefer Diesel engines because of fire risk.
