Thank you for your telegram in response to which we have fitted the R.R. distributor. We have timed this at T.D.C. the same as the Delco. Is this correct ? We telegraphed you to the effect that the pin was sheared in the driving dog of the Delco distributor removed. The split end of the pin had gone and it had been driving on the other end only. This was the new distributor sent out to us and fitted on 18.2.38. Again we could find nothing else the matter with it. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/IMW.{Ivan M.
