should connect the axles up to the central lubrication.
(14) Luggage carrier. We consider there is room for improvement in our luggage carrier
(15) Exhaust cut out. This could easily be omitted.
(16) Governor. We do not see why the conditions in America should demand anything different from what we are using. It may be, what they suggest is better than what we are using, but it remains to be proved.
(17) Accessories.
1. Oil filter. We agree this should be improved.
2. Air cleaner. We have a carburetter suitable for this which could be used on both cars.
3. Oil level gauge on instrument board. If this is necessary then it should be on both cars.
4. American speedometer at drive ratio. We should expect this to be different to the English ratio.
5. Fuel gauge graduated in U.S. gallons. There is no difficulty about this.
6. Stuart warner vacuum feed. We see no reason why the autovac tank as supplied on Derby cars should not be used.
7. American horn. We agree with this.
8. American glass tube fuses. If it is decided that these are necessary and are an improvement, then we ought certainly to use them on British cars.
