20 HP FLYWHEEL DEFLECTION TESTS
LOAD APPLIED TO LEVER 3 FT. LONG ATTACHED TO FLYWHEEL BY SPRING CARTRIDGES
THE EFFECTIVE WT. OF LEVER = 4 LB. THE CLOCKS WERE SET AT ZERO WITH THE LEVER IN POSITION, & THE LOADS GIVEN IN THE TABLE ARE THE ACTUAL WTS APPLIED.
