Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /381 BY.3/N.15.3.39. MINUTES OF CONFERENCE HELD IN BY's OFFICE - MARCH 13th. 1939. Present BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} Bentley V.{VIENNA} It was agreed Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} would be able to issue the specification for Production chassis by the end of March. The D.O. would complete the issue of LOP's and Details by the 22nd of April. Paulin Bentley. It was agreed to issue the specification for modifying the B.II. chassis and this will be ready by the 16th. March. B.V. Steering Cams. It was agreed to order the first 50 steering cams from Adamants owing to tools not being available in time to produce them here. Chassis Experimental Work. RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} raised the question of the experimental chassis work being transferred to production control, but after discussing the subject, it was agreed to bring the matter forward at the next meeting.
