Lancs.

15th. October 1937.

For the attention of Mr.H.Spurrier.

Dear Sirs,

We regret the delay you have experienced in receiving your Connecting rods and bearings but we hope to be able to despatch them to you this weekend. The bearings will be marked according to their respective rods, and care should be taken that they are not mixed nor reversed in their housings.

If when you commence your tests you would prefer the writer to be present, he will be only too pleased to visit Leyland and help you in every way possible.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
