It has been suggested by Sales and agreed to by Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} to take an experimental set, and we shall be glad therefore, if the necessary instructions can be issued for these wheels to be suitably fitted at once and then sent to the Despatch Stores for forwarding to Hoopers at Chelsea.
