Further to our letter By/WER5/EF6.8.20, in which we requested you to order a quantity of Fuse wire for use with the Lucas Switchboards. Will you kindly note that the wire should be ordered to the following specification:-

30 S.W.G. Lead TIN Alloy. A length of wire .650" in a 12 volt circuit should fuse with a current of not less than 4 3/4 amperes and not more than 5 1/4 amperes.

A sample of this wire should be passed to Mr. Clark so that he may have it tested in his laboratory before using on production chassis.
