X. 3604dr - SPECIFICATION OF PRODUCTION TEST OF IGNITION GOVERNOR.

In accordance with EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} 's request, we have narrowed down the speed limits for various amounts of advance of the ignition governor, more particularly for small amounts of advance.

Therefore, herewith please receive new pp. 3 & 4 in connection with the test of the complete distributor which kindly replace in your previous copies, dated 12.3.23, to keep up to date, scrapping the old sheets 3 & 4.

It ought readily to be possible, providing the governor mechanism is satisfactorily made, to set the set of the spring, in accordance with the last paragraph, to bring the performance of any governor mechanism within these limits of advance.
