Dear Mr. Robotham,

I have arranged a meeting with the Chief Engineer of Morris Motors (Engines Branch) Coventry, and with the Chief Engineer of the Standard Motor Company, in regard to the fitting of the bearings.

From Mr. Grinham's reply to my letter, of which I attach a copy, you will see that they are apparently having success with our straight R.R.56 material on a cast crankshaft.

Can you give me dates now when I can make preliminary meetings? Also, will you let me know who is going to do this work, as when I come up to see you I would like to meet him.

Yours sincerely,

W.C.Devereux.
