X.4263. "GOSHAWK II" CHASSIS.
FRONT AXLE & CROSS STEERING TUBE - SEC. 7040.
EXPERIMENTAL PRODUCTION CHASSIS - ORDER NO. 28040.
-------------------------------------------
Will you kindly instruct the Works that the words "Rolls-Royce" must not appear on the Front Axle, for the 12 chassis being produced in the Works, also on chassis in the Experimental Department.

As these letters are forged on, they should be machined off.

Also, kindly instruct the Works as regards F.50,107/8-Front Hub Caps, that the engraving of the words "Rolls-Royce" must be left off.

In addition, we are producing a drg. showing new Hub Caps with quite a different shape to the standard, which will require producing. These drgs. will be issued as soon as possible.
