RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} X6520 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.25/KW.17.7.34. Governor Controlled Dampers. So far there have been 7 cars back to Cricklewood complaining that the damper control does not function. All these complaints have been caused by dirt getting under the valves in the unit and preventing the pressure from being built up in the system. Will you please build up a governor unit for 21G4 incorporating the following modifications which are intended to overcome some of our troubles - Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1463, Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1465/6, and Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1468. Will you also produce 4 other sets of parts to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1463, Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1466 and Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1468, so that we can gain further experience.
