re CUSTOMERS' COMPLAINTS.

In accordance with your instructions, we have had a quantity of forms printed so that complaints from customers can be brought directly to the notice of responsible officials. Three forms are being used:-

White. - For complaints on Phantom III cars.
Green. - For complaints on 20/25 and 25/30 HP. cars.
Buff. - For complaints on 3½ and 4¼ litre Bentley cars.

A copy of each of these is attached hereto.

Depots should fill in an appropriate form whenever they receive any complaint which it is considered to be sufficiently important to bring to the attention of responsible officials. Sufficient copies should be made so that a copy can be sent to each of the Officials on the form, and an extra copy sent to Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} for record purposes.

On the Green forms, the figures 20/25 or 25/30 should be crossed out as necessary, and on the Buff forms the figures 3½ or 4¼ crossed out to agree with the type of chassis concerned.

The number of the report should denote its origin. For instance, K.1 onwards will be issued by Kingsbury, N.1 by Cricklewood, P.1 by Paris, and W.1 by Derby.
