We understand that you have discovered a petrol gauge which operates electrically, and which you would like to try in the place of the Hobson gauge.
R.{Sir Henry Royce} has told us to ask you to send a gauge complete so that he may discover whether the electrical side of the equipment is satisfactorily carried out, and we would also like to have the gauge so that we can arrange to modify our instrument board design, and also arrange for the gauge to be fitted to J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} 3.
