My dear Robotham,

Many thanks for your letter of the 14th instant and I am getting in touch with Mr. Minchin with regard to his car. I am sorry you have not anything for me but quite understand how things are these days.

I hope the "taste" arrived safely in due course. Transport is rather unreliable, which is to be quite understood.
