Dear Sir, Further to our telephone conversation, we attach herewith a sketch of the ground we should like to use for the steering tests. You will see that this consists of a space 80 yards in diameter, absolutely flat, and to have a concrete surface. We think if this "skid pan" was available to manufacturers in the same way as the present circuit, we shouldnot be the only ones to use it.
