DERBY 29 January 1936 Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd., Nightingale Rd., Derby. Your ref HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GRY{Shadwell Grylls}17/KW Dear Sirs, Further to your telephone conversation and letter re the matter of the making of a concrete skid pan at Donington. This proposition has been put before Mr. Shields and he would like to meet your requirements in this matter but I need hardly point out to you that it is an expensive job and would require about two acres of land. There are two positions where this could be constructed and Mr. Shields would like your representative to meet us at Donington so that the matter could be gone into more fully, particularly in regard to how much use the pan would be put by your good selves and others. Would you kindly make an appointment to meet us at Donington? Yours faithfully, [Signature] CLERK OF COURSE. | ||
