Dear Sirs, As requested in your letter of the 7th instant, we enclose herewith drawing CDS/1190 showing the 4.50-16 type 72-V Dunlop wire wheel incorporating your standard type of balancing unit. A sample set of wheels of this construction was supplied to you recently. In order to obtain clearance for the balance units it has been necessary to crowd the rear spokes closer together than is our usual practice, and it was with the object of opening out the spacing of the rear spokes that we prepared our alternative scheme CDS.1179 to which you refer in your letter. Yours faithfully, FOR THE DUNLOP RIM & WHEEL CO.LTD. [Signature] Technical Manager. Enc: CDS.1190. | ||
