Messrs. The Dunlop Rubber Co. Ltd.,
Fort Dunlop,
Erdington,
Birmingham.

For the attention of Mr. Price.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for ringing up about the price of making a sample set of pressed steel wheels to our drawings SCD.233 and SCD.310. We understand you suggest a price of approximately £2 a wheel and the tool cost of about £40, which will be redeemable in the event of our placing production orders with you for such wheels.

Will you now please go ahead and let us have four sample wheels as soon as possible. We have asked our Order Office to send you an official order.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
