Re. 20-HP Chassis GYK-48 - T. Simpson Esq.,

Below is extract of Inspection Memorandum No. 924 by Cr. {Mr Cra???ster / Mr Chichester}

We understand from Hm. {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} that you are communicating with Sales regarding the polished high and low speed jets in question. Will you please let us know as soon as possible if we can supply as requested in the Inspection Report.

"Carburation The owner said he had now done 267 miles without any trouble. This was since he had been putting the petrol in through a chamois leather. He is anxious however, to be supplied with polished high and low speed jets. It seems that he has a polished low speed jet on loan from Bt. {Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer} but does not wish to return this until he gets another. In connection with this petrol matter. I was told by an owner the other day that the Shell people are now getting their petrol from Russia."

D {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} /BP.
