P.III CHANGE SPEED MECHANISM.

With regard to the complaint from France that the centralising spring on the gear lever is too strong and various memos that have been written on this subject, we have found experimentally that the correct load can be obtained by cutting 1" off the existing spring G.83409. Will you, therefore, instruct such a spring for production.
