Quarterly Complaint Sheets. It was felt that a Quarterly Return was required to supplement the customers complaint forms, giving summarised information of the worst complaints, including the cure which had been applied. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} will issue such a form, and in order to avoid too much information going through at once, the dates for issuing the Bentley and RR. statements will be staggered. To avoid duplication, GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}'s report will be incorporated in this one. | ||
