With reference to the attached complaint.

We have a number of experiments in hand, but it will be about 2 months before we can definitely offer Mr. Geoffrey Summers any modification to his steering, as the parts will have to run 10,000 miles.

As we have now standardised the improved steering geometry on the 20 HP. car, you can tell Mr. Summers we shall be in a position to give him a 20 HP. car on which the steering is quite free from the trouble of which he complains
