Ph. lll Clutches.

We have now run clutches lined with "Ferodo No.6" material on two cars, and can confirm that it gives a very smooth take-up. It is a great improvement on the moulded material originally specified and apparently as good as the "American XCo". We are not yet in a position to report on its wearing qualities, but Ferodo assure us that it will be much better in this respect than the moulded material.

We recommend that we should use "Ferodo No.6" on all production Ph. lll clutches.
